Believe it or not, the best condition cards are the Vintage Holos & Promos & Trainers. The 1st Editions & Vintage Bulk is more along the lines of 2/3 LP & 1/3 NM. All Japanese cards except for Misty's Tears are either Pack Fresh or NM. Binder & pages are not included.
