No, I never reuse photos. Cards will always have a penny sleeve inside a card saver I or a top loader. My tracking says it was delivered but I never received the card, where is my card? All my buyers who message me about this issue have received their package.

This will obviously not apply to packages that are genuinely lost in transit.
