FAN CLUB 500 POINTS HOLOFOIL PROMO CARD PSA 9 MINT. Pokemon 2000 Fan Club Member 500 point redemption prize Eevee holofoil promo card.

This card was from the original Pokemon Fan Club (Before Daisuki Club and before the Players Club). It was only available to Japanese Fan Club members who reached the 500 point level, which was the 2nd highest prize on the old point scale. If you were lucky enough to reach the 500 point level, you were awarded this card. If is part of the "GET" campaign from the Pokemon Fan Club. If you look real closely, you will see the word "GET" in Japanese and English on the right middle side of the card. The original Pokemon Fan Club closed down many years ago when it changed to the Players Club (which is also closed down). Not for sale in any theme decks, sets, or booster packs. The card is officially graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator). PSA is the worlds largest and most reputable grading and authentication company.
