An example of how I priced these cards is taking a lightly played card, considered it moderate, used tcgplayer and trollandtoad, found the cheapest moderate card available, and used that price to be conservative. Please ask if there's any questions on the spreadsheet, I originally made it for myself to know what value I had, so it may be a little jumbled, but decided to share it to increase transparency for all of you.
