The holo on the front is in beautiful shape i couldnt find any issues there. The only damage i found i tried to highlight in the photos with a small scratch in the rain dance move description and a few small corner issues.

The back is also clearly not entirely blue and has a few white spots around the edges. The card is in decent condition but i make no claims as to how decent.
